Store Credits on Members Accounts! What you need to know!!

TAAS is proud to offer ‘Credits’ on every purchase when you have a ‘TAAS Members’ account and shop with us! Start collecting today!!

When you first open a customer account with us, you will automatically be on ‘Tier 1’, and will start to accrue credit with each order placed.

Please note: You must place an order within 30 days of opening an account with us, or else your account will be disabled and you will need to re-apply.

Credit is applied when each order is FULLY SHIPPED.

Opening an account is optional, and you can still checkout as a ‘Guest’.

To do this, click on the ‘My Account’ text at the very top of our website, and then fill out your details. Then log in after your account has been made and proceed with checkout as normal. Once you have made your account you can also link it to either your Google or Facebook accounts!

You cannot apply credits on the cost of postage for any of your orders, however the cost of postage counts toward gaining credits for the next order.

You cannot create multiple accounts, as subsequent accounts will not have any credits applied (as all credits are applied manually by our staff, who check each account upon shipping of each order). Attempts to do so will see your accounts deleted and your email banned from shopping with us.

Subsequent orders will have credits applied at the following rate (will be applied once the corresponding order has shipped):

All credit is in Australian Dollars.

Tier 1 – 5% of each order placed.
Tier 2 – 10% of each order placed, from your 11th order placed.
Tier 3 – 15% of each order placed, from your 21st order placed.

In the event that an order is refunded which contains credit spent, the credit will be applied to your account FIRST, before any actual refund is approved.

Example:
If an item refunded costs AU $14.90, and AU $12 was from credits used, the credit would be applied first, and your actual refund would be AU $2.90.

All credit is non-transferrable, and has no expiry date.
